What started years ago as a desire to escape the traditional 9-to-5 has evolved into a life built around creating, building, and saying yes to ambitious ideas. Along the way, we’ve launched businesses, taken risks, learned hard lessons, and followed our curiosity wherever it led.

Over the past several years, that curiosity turned into a full-scale off-grid lifestyle. We transformed raw land in Northern Idaho into our dream property—building everything ourselves, from an expedition camper and container shop to a tiny house, custom electrical systems, a well, and a barndominium. Each project pushed our skills further and reshaped what we thought was possible.

 

Today, our focus has expanded beyond land-based builds. We’re deep into our most ambitious chapter yet—converting a decommissioned Navy missile patrol boat into a family expedition vessel and preparing to take it north to Alaska. It’s a mix of heavy fabrication, problem-solving, risk-taking, and adventure, all documented in real time.

 

With 1 million subscribers, our YouTube channel shares the full journey: the wins, the mistakes, the late nights, and the lessons learned along the way. Our goal is simple—to inspire builders, makers, and adventurous families to take action, learn new skills, and build a life that feels earned.
