Hello Courtney, The coffee did arrive and we are enjoying it. I have ordered two more pounds or bags of beans. The coffee really is good. Is it true that Riley actually picks the beans? I tossed out the Costco coffee and it’s a fun morning discussion about two sweet young people making their way on YouTube. Years ago there was a children’s show about a captain and a ship. I thought this coffee was very good although I would have like whole bran. It's called dark roast but it's really more like medium dark. Nowhere near as dark as French roast.
